PM: Peace cannot be made from afar

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the PLO decision to launch proximity talks at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting. "The talks will be held without preconditions, just as we insisted upon last year. They will have to result in direct talks as soon as possible."
