Orlev: If Bibi doesn't build in J'lem, shouldn't count on coalition

Chairman of Habayit Hayehudi, MK Zevulun Orlev, said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu must prove that construction in east Jerusalem has not been frozen by taking practical steps. "If Netanyahu does not build in Jerusalem, he shouldn't count on the current coalition either," Orlev said, following the US announcement that Israel had agreed to a freeze on construction in the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood.

Sources close to Likud Central Committee member Moshe Feiglin accused the prime minister of deceit. "Netanyahu lied to his voters and to the people of Israel, and all his commitments before the Likud vote to continue building in Jerusalem were fraudulent – and he is indeed dividing Jerusalem," they said.
