Minister Herzog addresses proximity talks
Welfare and Social Services Minister Isaac Herzog commented on the renewal of peace talks with the Palestinians on Sunday during an award ceremony at the Tel Aviv University and expressed hope that the talks would lead to direct negotiations between the parties.
"I hope that both sides are interested in the negotiations and are even willing to pay a painful price for them," Herzog said. "I hope we will not miss a golden opportunity again. This requires leadership, boldness and determination on both sides which will lead us to a new reality." (Attila Somfalvi)
