Leftists protest holding of activists for rioting in Sheikh Jarrah
Around 30 left-wing activists are protesting outside a Jerusalem holding cell in order to encourage their colleagues, who are scheduled to be brought before the court on charges of rioting during the weekly protest at the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah.
The activists are calling out, "Our obligation to protest, our right to demonstrate, Sheikh Jarrah is Palestine". (Ronen Medzini)
