Doctors say full tests show there are no traces of cancer in the small tumor removed from Spain's King Juan Carlos. Hospital Clinic in Barcelona says the 72-year-old monarch is recovering satisfactorily from Saturday's operation.
The king remained in the hospital Tuesday. A statement issued late Monday says, "The complete pathological analysis performed rules out definitively the presence of malignant cells in the lung nodules removed." (AP)
