Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch said he considers the new security scandal involving the arrest of Ameer Makhoul and Omar Said a very serious matter, and said he has serious claims to voice to the Islamic Movement and the Higher Arab Monitoring Committee.
"Most of the investigation was carried out in the dark and cannot be detailed, but the affair is far from over," he said during a visit to the community of Jdeideh Makr. Aharonovitch added that the Arab public has not undergone radicalization, but that there are incessant incitement attempts by radical elements. (Shmulik Grossman)
