Foreign Ministry: No difference between Hamas, Chechen terror
Israel vehemently rejected Russia and Turkey's call to include Hamas in the peace process, notified the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem. "Israel does not see any difference between the Hamas terrorism against Israel and the Chechen terrorism against Russia," it reported.
The ministry also reported that Jerusalem was deeply disappointed by the meeting between Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal on Tuesday in Damascus. (Attila Somfalvi)
