UN peacekeepers injured in south Lebanon explosion
Lebanese authorities and UN officials say several peacekeepers have been injured in an accidental munitions explosion in south Lebanon.
UNIFIL military spokesman Lt. Naresh Bhatt says the blast took place near the village of Tiri during a routine activity at a UNIFIL post. He said several troops were injured, including one in serious condition. Bhatt did not provide the soldiers' nationalities. (AP)
