Diplomats: Iran expands enrichment facility

Diplomats say that Iran has set up new equipment aimed at improving its ability to enrich uranium to higher levels.
They say that the equipment - an extra set of uranium enriching centrifuges - is not yet on line. But the diplomats add that if the centrifuges become operational they will allow Iran to turn out higher enriched uranium with less waste. The diplomats asked for anonymity Friday in exchange for divulging confidential information. (AP)
