Suspicious envelope arrives at Israeli Consulate in NY

Workers at the Israeli Consulate building in New York were instructed to remain in their offices for over an hour following the arrival of a suspicious envelope.

Security officers were dispatched to the area and closed part of the street to traffic. The heightened state of alert was lifted about an hour later. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
