Court rejects Meretz petition to seal Beit Yehonatan

The High Court of Justice has rejected a petition by Meretz MKs who demanded the state seal up Beit Yonatan, located in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan.
In their verdict the judges wrote that the petition was referring to a lack of enforcement of orders that had already been decided upon, which is not under the jurisdiction of the High Court. (Aviad Glickman)
