Decision on twins stranded in India to be made within 3 days

None

Family Court Judge Philip Marcus, who delayed a tissue analysis for the children of Dan Goldberg, an Israeli homosexual who had twin boys from a surrogate mother in India, has accepted an urgent plea and ordered the State Prosecutor's office to announce within three days whether the twins should undergo a paternity test without a court discussion.

About two months ago, two days before the twins were born, the judge denied the request for a tissue analysis, claiming "lack of authority". (Aviad Glickman)
