A police spokesman says one person has been killed and 28 others wounded during two separate grenade attacks in the Rwandan capital.
Eric Kayiranga says the attacks occurred Saturday night within an hour of each other. Security officials are investigating whether Saturday's attacks are related to others that took place in February and March. (AP)
