J'lem municipality stops services to haredi areas due to violence

Jerusalem municipality has announced that due to the ongoing violence against municipal employees, municipal services to a number of haredi neighborhoods will be discontinued.
The decision was taken following a string of violent incidents in which municipal workers were attacked and fixtures damaged by haredi protesters, including the latest incident Sunday morning. As a result of these incidents, the city told all municipal workers to immediately stop their work and exit the neighborhoods in question until the violence ceased. (Ronen Medzini)
