Jerusalem District Court Justice Yosef Shapira convicted the "starving mother" of abuse after she confessed.
In addition, the judge authorized the plea bargain stipulating that the mother will be under house arrest together with her mother and her newborn infant for three years. She will be under full supervision. (Aviad Glickman)
