Iran to send uranium to Turkey month after deal

Iran will send to Turkey uranium under a nuclear fuel swap accord one month after the deal signed in Tehran on Monday, the CNN Turk news channel reported, quoting the text of the accord.

The agreement, reached by Iran, Brazil and Turkey, was designed to allay international concern over the Islamic Republic's atomic ambitions and avert fresh sanctions on Tehran. (Reuters)
