Deputy Defense Minister Matan Vilnai said that "Iran was reequipping and rearming and is far away from having self-defence capabilities."
"We are in a complex world; what we see on the surface is not what really goes on," said Vilani during a ceremony in Ofakim. "Sometimes words spoken in the media are unnecessary and damaging," he added, while refusing to directly comment on the uranium enrichment deal signed by Iran. (Ilana Curiel)
