Clinton: Major powers agree on Iran resolution

Major world powers have agreed on a draft sanctions resolution against Iran and will circulate it to the full UN Security Council on Tuesday, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told lawmakers.
"We have reached agreement on a strong draft with the cooperation of Russia and China," Clinton said of talks among the five permanent Security Council members: Britain, China, France, Russia and the United States, as well as Germany. (Reuters)
