Northern Command Chief Maj. Gen. Gadi Eisenkot met with the northern mayors in the Tzahar industrial zone ahead of the country-wide Home Front Command exercise.
Eizenkot said, "None of the sides has an interest in starting new clashes. However, the IDF knows how to handle the front with Syria and Lebanon, at the same time as the front in Gaza." (Hagai Einav)
