Iraqi officials say a newly elected lawmaker from a Sunni-backed list that won the March 7 elections has been killed in a drive-by shooting in northern Iraq.
A spokesman for the Iraqiya list said Bashar Mohammed Hamid Ahmed was killed in the city of Mosul Monday. (AP)
