Clinton: Iranian fuel-swap plan has deficiencies

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Tuesday she had had productive talks with China on annexes to a proposed UN Security Council resolution imposing sanctions on Iran over its nuclear program.
Clinton also told reporters at a news briefing that a fuel swap plan Tehran has proposed to the International Atomic Energy Agency had deficiencies. (Reuters)
