Begin: No way PM will extend construction freeze

Minister Benny Begin said to members of the Eretz Israel lobby that there is no way Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will extend the freeze on construction in the West Bank settlements.
Begin also referred to the proximity talks, saying "The US must realize it cannot force preconditions to negotiations on Israel." (Attila Somfalvi)
