A Peruvian judge has granted parole to 40-year-old Lori Berenson, a New York woman who has served 15 years in prison for aiding leftist rebels.
Judge Jessica Leon issued the order Tuesday for the conditional release of Berenson, who gave birth to a son a year ago. She said Berenson must stay in Peru. (AP)
