Hundreds of ultra-Orthodox protestors blocked Shivtei Israel Street in Jerusalem. They also tried to block Haim Bar-Lev Boulevard in the city, but were warded off by police.
The protestors clashed with police officers, hurled stones at them, and set trash cans on fire. (Shmulik Grossman)
