Qassam fired at Israel; none injured

A Qassam rocket was fired from the northern Gaza Strip on Thursday, and exploded south of Ashkelon. There were no reports of injury or damage.
Earlier, a mortar shell was fired from the Strip and exploded in an open area in Palestinian territory. (Shmulik Hadad)
