Priority to ex-soldiers in Foreign Ministry course

Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein said there was no need for a government decision in order to give priority in the Foreign Ministry's cadet course to those who had served in the IDF or national service, Ynet has learned.
This means that in the next course in 2011, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's proposal to give priority to those who have served will already be implemented. Sources close to Lieberman said he also wanted to encourage Arabs and haredim to do national service and then represent the state. (Attila Somfalvi)
