The moment is not right to discuss sanctions against Iran, which many countries fear harbors ambitions to develop nuclear weapons, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in Brasilia on Thursday.
Iran has reassured Turkey that it is not seeking such weapons, Erdogan told reporters at a news conference alongside Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. (Reuters)
