Syrian President Bashar Assad denied that Damascus had transferred Scud missiles to Hezbollah in a PBS interview Saturday. "It's a good anecdote spread by Israel, but why base the discussion on accusations? Present proof," he said.
Regarding peace negotiations with Israel he said, "We want a peace agreement, not a capitulation agreement." (Roee Nahmias)
