Barak speaks with Turkish defense, foreign ministers
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is currently on an official visit to Canada, is being updated on the Gaza aid flotilla incident despite the late hour in North America.
He spoke with Defense Minister Ehud Barak, who concluded an emergency meeting with IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi. Barak also spoke with Shin Bet chief Yuval Diskin and spoke with the Turkish defense minister, foreign minister, and ambassador to Israel. (Roni Sofer)
