Jerusalem: Police disperse pro-Turkey march of Israeli-Arabs
None
Some 30 Israeli-Arab women emerged from the Ambassador Hotel in Jerusalem, carrying Turkish flags, and marched in the direction of the Turkish Consulate in identification with the passengers of the Free Gaza flotilla.
The women attempted to block Highway 1, but police prevented them and took in for questioning a number of protestors who attacked officers. The march was dispersed with non-violent means. (Shmulik Grossman)
