State: Petitions over IDF flotilla op biased
State Prosecutor Moshe Lador filed a state's rebuttal concerning several Gaza aid flotilla High Court petitions, which claimed the Israel Navy violated international law in its raid.
Lador, and several senior officials at the State Prosecutor's Office, asked the court to dismiss the petitions claiming they were biased, slanderous against the State and oblivious to international law milestones. (Aviad Glickman)
