An anti-tank rocket was fired at IDF troops operating in the southern Gaza Strip. The troops returned fire. No injuries or damage were reported.
Earlier, an air force aircraft had attacked a group of Palestinians in the north of the Strip. The group was reportedly preparing to launch a rocket into Israel. (Amnon Meranda)
