Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva says Israel "has no right" to attack in international waters. He spoke during a press conference in Sao Paolo.
Brazil has summoned the Israeli ambassador and called on the UN Security Council to issue a harsh statement against the Israeli raid of a Gaza-bound flotilla. (AFP)
