Request made to lengthen solitary confinement of Damien Kerlik

None

The legal counsel of Damien Kerlik, who is being charged with murdering the Ushrenko family, asked that he remain in solitary confinement after receiving intelligence that prisoners from former Soviet republics are planning to assassinate him.

The Supreme Court discussed the request and is expected to respond within two days. Five members of the Ushrenko family were murdered last year in their home in Rishon Lezion. (Shmulik Grossman)
