Netanyahu: Flotilla activists who assaulted troops boarded ship separately
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed details of a raid on the Marmara, a Turkish ship that took part in a flotilla to Gaza.
"The group that assaulted the IDF soldiers boarded the ship separately, in another city, and underwent security checks that differed from the other passengers," he said. Netanyahu added at the opening of the weekly Cabinet meeting that "their clear aim was to deliberately and violently hurt IDF troops." (Roni Sofer)
