Russian official: Complete agreement reached on Iran sanctions

A Russian source close to talks in the UN Security Council said that "complete agreement" has been reached regarding sanctions against Iran. In a conversation with journalists in Moscow, the source said, "I don't see any problem with the draft. In my opinion, there never were such problems."
US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates said that he is optimistic regarding international cooperation to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons and that the UN Security Council will pass a sanctions resolution against the Islamic Republic very soon. (News agencies)
