Obama says situation in Mideast 'unsustainable'
Turning his focus to the Middle East, President Barack Obama on Wednesday called the tense situation there "unsustainable" and said a better approach is needed in Gaza, which is currently under a blockade by Israel.
"Both sides have to create an environment, a climate that will be conducive to an actual breakthrough," the president said after meeting at the White House with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas. (AP)
