MKs submit bill to compensate settlements with PA funds

Members of Knesset from several factions, including MK Dalia Itzik (Kadima) and MK Tzachi Hangebi (Kadima) submitted a bill that will allow freezing money transfers to the Palestinian Authority, and using the funds to compensate settlements that have been harmed by the Palestinian boycott.
