Palestinians complain: Settlers torched vehicle in West Bank
The Civil Administration is investigating claims by Palestinians who say settlers torched a vehicle near the village of Al-Matin in the West Bank.
They claim the vehicle was torched as part of the settlers' 'price tag' policy. Investigators found traces of lighter fluid at the scene. (Shmulik Grossman)
