President's Residence says canceled Seoul ceremony
The President's Residence has issued a statement saying reports that the Mossad had canceled a ceremony at a Seoul university, where Shimon Peres was to receive an honorary doctor's degree, are false.
The statement says Peres was the one who had asked that the ceremony be canceled, and for his speech to take place instead at a business center due to security concerns. (Roni Sofer)
