US praises Russia's decision not to transfer missiles to Iran

White House Spokesman Robert Gates said the UN Security Council resolution imposing sanctions on Iran obliges all states to be alert to the sale of forbidden weapons. He also praised Russia for its decision not to transfer the S-300 missiles.
