Government approves inquiry committee

The government has unanimously voted in favor of establishing a commission of inquiry to probe the IDF raid on a Gaza-bound aid flotilla on May 31.
Minister Yisrael Katz said during the meeting on the matter that the committee constitutes "compromise and coercion", and compared it to the World Cup. "We are playing defense. The committee will not improve our standing in the world," he said. (Roni Sofer)
