Hamas: Israel trying to evade international pressure
Hamas accused Israel of trying "to escape international pressure", in response to reports about a possible easing of the blockade on Gaza and the establishment of an inquiry committee on the flotilla to Gaza.
Israel is trying "to escape international consequences and mitigate international pressures," spokesman Fawzi Barhoum told AFP. "The international community should demand the lifting of the siege on Gaza and prevent Israel from evading responsibility for its crimes." (AFP)
