MK Yachimovich's assistant is new head of Young Labor

Michal Biren, the parliamentary assistant to MK Shelly Yachimovich (Labor), has won the vote to head the Young Labor movement of the Labor Party.
Biren defeated Dar Nadler, who was backed by Labor Chairman Ehud Barak. Biren received support from Histadrut Labor Federation Chairman Ofer Eini as well as Welfare and Social Services Minister Isaac Herzog. (Attila Somfalvi)
