Kadima sources: Livni considering Aflalo for senior JNF position

Sources in Kadima said that the party chairperson Tzipi Livni is considering working to ensure the appointment of MK Eli Aflalo to a senior position in the Jewish National Fund.
Aflalo said to Ynet that he has not yet received an official proposition, but sources close to Livni confirmed that she was talking to him about the option. If Aflalo or Shai Hermesh are appointed to the JNF and leave the Knesset, it will constitute a victory for Livni, who is trying to dismantle the group of MKs who threaten to leave the party.
