Gafni: Haredim won't respect ruling that goes against Torah

Education Minister Gideon Saar (Likud) said court rulings must be respected "even when you don't agree with the content." The minister was referring to the parents of the Emanuel school, who oppose the High Court ruling on putting an end to "segregation" between Ashkenazi and Sephardi students at the school.
MK Moshe Gafni (United Torah Judaism) responded by saying, "We, the haredi public, will not respect any ruling of any lower court or the Supreme Court, as long as it goes against the Torah." (Amnon Meranda)
