Turkel: Committee to begin probe as soon as possible

A committee elected to probe the IDF raid on an aid flotilla bound for Gaza held its first meeting in Jerusalem, which was aimed at setting procedural guidelines for its future conduct.
"It has already been decided that all of the committee's meetings will be held in Hebrew with simultaneous translation into English, in order to serve the foreign observers," said retired Supreme Court Justice Jacob Turkel, who heads the committee. "We are taking steps to establish the required managerial teams in the shortest time possible." (Roni Sofer)
