Twenty parents from Emmanuel submitted a petition to the High Court asking that the ruling to send them to prison be cancelled due to "extenuating circumstances."
Earlier, the State Prosecution issued a petition to the High Court with a request to imprison just one parent from each family in which there are children with disabilities. (Aviad Glickman)
