EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton praised the cabinet's decision to expand the civilian goods allowed into the Gaza Strip as part of a bid to ease the blockade on the coastal enclave.
She said that the EU now hopes that goods will reach more civilians and will make their daily lives easier. (AFP)
