Again, 30 haredim attack Rabbi Yaakov Yosef's class
Some 30 Hassidic Jews attempted an attack on Rabbi Yaakov Yosef as he was leaving a class under his direction in Jerusalem, but did not succeed in injuring him.
The rabbi's students pushed the assailants out and clashes erupted between the sides. According to one of the students, the rabbi's disciples have organized a 10-person guard accompanying him at all times. On Wednesday his lesson was halted after a similar attack was attempted. The rabbi is the initiator of a High Court petition that started the Emmanuel discrimination affair. (Ari Galahar)
